Cancellation Policy

48 hour cancellation notice is required for all services besides threading which is a 24 hour notice.

Same-day cancellation and no call no show appointments will be charged full amount of services booked no exceptions.

If you are sick, please inform me as soon as possible. Any sick cancelations will be allowed one reschedule 2-3 weeks out with no charge as long as notice is given in a timely manner.

If you show up to your appointment sick, you will be charged full service amount and will be rescheduled for a different day.
